The formal school house environment is but one avenue for enhancing knowledge. A community of practice (self development) is another avenue that is most often available to busy professionals. The aim of this community of practice hub is to reinforce continuous learning by providing an avenue for members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) to exchange ideas, and receive focused and relevant reading materials that broaden and deepen their professional knowledge and expertise.
